1 Definitions

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 89bk strongly recommends using a unique, complex password for your account and not sharing your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be treated as activity by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified 89bk of a security breach promptly.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

4.3 Account Closure by Player

Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

4.4 Account Suspension by 89bk

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). In the event that a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or bets will be voided if no official result is declared.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 89bk platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, data feeds, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 89bk or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 89bk.
